oUR fIRST cAMPING tRIP oF fOUR

We went on our very first camping trip as a family of four. We had a great time. After purchasing a camp trailor from Mitch and Tamara we had to go test it out. We headed out to Cedar Springs conference weekend. Thanks Mitch and Tamara it fits us just perfect! Riley posing for the camera!

gRANDPA cEREAL

Yesterday evening Riley and Daddy went to rope and the wind was horrible so Aiden and I stayed home. After roping Steven was going to haul a load of copper to Miami for Scott and Riley was going to go with him. Well it was a quarter after seven and someone comes walking thru my front door. It was Aunt Marlo bringing Riley home and he was covered head to toe with mud! Needless to say daddy didn't want to take him. Well he didn't have a nap during the day so he was about to fall asleep on the floor. I decided we better take a fast bath. He got all cleaned up and put his jammies on and wanted something to eat. I didn't make dinner because no one was going to be there so I suggested cereal. It's low in the pantry so Riley can pick out what he wants. I had just gotten LIFE cereal that day. On the side of the box is the quaker oats man. Riley saw his gray hair and must have known he was older because he said he wanted the "grandpa cereal".

cAN yOU cOME pLAY?

Wednesday April 2nd the phone rang in the evening and it was for Mr. Riley. It was Britt calling to ask if Riley could come over the next day to play. Of course he said yes. Aunt Katie & Britt came about 9:30am and off they went for a day ful of fun. They went to the park and then to Britt's house. They must have had way too much fun because when he came home he was sleeping and took a long nap. Thanks Aunt Katie and Britt for such a fun day!

April the third was the day my little boy got just a little bit BIGGER. He rolled over for the first time and I actually had my camera right by me and captured the precious moment. I am so proud of you Aiden!

hOW fUN iS tHIS?

Aiden's first bath in the big boy tub! As you can tell he really enjoyed it!

Riley couldn't be a better BIG brother! I was worried before I had Aiden but he has been awesome and loves his little brother so much!

What great stuff! This really makes for a MUCH happier baby and we are so grateful!

Practice, Practice, Practice. That's was daddy says if you want to get something right. Riley runs around trying to rope everthing and anything. It doesn't even have to be a rope to rope something. A string works just as well!

Riley found a great place he thought would be fun to play! He did fit quite well I must say!
